WHO WE ARE
Ema Rossi is a family-owned pizzeria named after owner and chef Manuel Ruiz’s mother Emanuela, who instilled in him a love of cooking from an early age, particularly of Italian recipes passed down to her from her parents, who emigrated from Umbria. The owner brings his Italian roots and love of good food and great hospitality to everything we create.
